The confectionery company Slice of Joy is looking for a Divisional Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and management of the regional sales structure: organizing the effective work of the department, distributing areas of responsibility
- Development of sales channels: managing sales through local retail chains, distributors, and traditional retail
- Team management: coordinating the work of divisional and regional managers, setting tasks and monitoring their execution
- Sales planning: developing and implementing a strategy for each sales channel, forecasting and managing sales volumes
- KPI control: analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring sales plans are met
- Customer base development: attracting new clients, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with partners
- Accounts receivable management: monitoring payment timeliness, managing risks and debts
Candidate Requirements:
- Sales management experience: at least 3 years in leadership positions in the food product category in the western part of the country (Central Federal District, North-Western Federal District, Volga Federal District, Southern Federal District, North Caucasian Federal District)
- Mandatory knowledge of all the above-mentioned territories
- Knowledge of sales channels: experience working with local retail chains, distributors, and traditional retail
- Strategic planning skills: ability to develop and implement sales plans, forecast volumes, and manage assortment
- Experience in building and managing a team: successful experience in leading regional and divisional managers
- Analytical skills: ability to work with reporting, KPI planning, sales performance evaluation, and developing solutions for growth
- Knowledge of financial aspects of sales: accounts receivable control, management of commercial terms
- Negotiation skills: successful experience in negotiating with key clients and partners
- Readiness for business trips: active interaction with regional divisions and key clients
