What you will do: – Build an end-to-end operational planning loop: sales, procurement, production, deliveries, inventory, cash flows, and reporting; – Set up rolling forecasts for demand, production, budget, deliveries, and financial flows; – Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, production, deliveries, and budgeting, and implement solutions; – Integrate key processes into ERP / management systems and ensure that teams actually use them; – Generate clear management reports for shareholders and management. It is important that you have experience in process building, financial planning, plan-fact analysis, working with ERP / BI / dashboard tools, and are ready to be a hands-on leader of change.
