Operations Director | Food Production | Frozen / Chilled
A manufacturing company, one of the major players in the meat products and semi-finished goods market, is looking for an Operations Director to manage a full-cycle production facility.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive optimization of business processes to reduce costs and increase profitability
- Coordination of interdepartmental interaction, implementation of KPI system and automation tools to improve the transparency and efficiency of all services
- Participation in the development of strategic production development plans, control over their execution deadlines
- Search and implementation of digital solutions for automating routine operations and scaling processes
Reporting to up to 1000 people: production, logistics, quality management, technical service, procurement, auxiliary departments.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as an Operations Director in food industry enterprises with multi-stage production, including a freezing stage
- Operational diagnostics of business processes and formation of relevant management decisions for optimizing operational production activities
- Leadership competencies: building a motivating work environment, ensuring employee involvement in achieving the organization's strategic goals
- Orientation towards a data-driven approach: making management decisions based on quantitative data analysis, rather than intuition or subjective assessments
- Proficiency in effective communication techniques at all levels of the organizational hierarchy — from line personnel (foremen, operators) to top management (C-level)
Conditions:
