Balabaev confectionery factory is looking for an Operations Director to take over the systemic management of the company and transform business goals into a sustainable system of regular management (staff of 110 people).
A manufacturing company in the food sector: confectionery production and ready-to-eat meals. They work with Russian retailers and delivery services.
What you will do:
- Translate annual goals into a transparent system of tasks for employees;
- Manage the execution of results, resolve conflict situations, check the logic of decisions;
- Track interdepartmental dependencies, optimize processes, remove what doesn't work.
- Make Bitrix24 a working management system: implement a unified task setting standard;
- Build management rhythms: weekly on key areas with a focus on results, control of weekly focuses, analysis of deviations, fixing decisions, escalations.
- Systematize processes together with department heads: describe processes, identify bottlenecks, implement regulations/checklists.
- Form a transparent operational picture and management KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience in COO/Executive Director/Operations Director positions in manufacturing companies (preferably FMCG / food production) — from 3–5 years in a similar role.
- Practical experience in implementing task/project management systems;
- Strong process thinking skills, experience in describing and optimizing processes, automating repetitive operations.
- Experience managing functional department heads and achieving results through the team.
- Ability to work with KPIs, management rhythms, analyze overdue tasks and remove blockers.
- Structural thinking, focus on results, ability to make difficult decisions.
- Desired experience working with large retail clients and delivery services.
