The White Rabbit Family restaurant alliance is looking for an Operations Director (5-6 restaurants).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an operational strategy to promote restaurants and achieve budget targets.
- Be responsible for the execution of regional goals, operational processes, and WRF standards across all assigned restaurants.
- Manage the operational activities and financial discipline of the region to improve the revenue and expense structure of the restaurants.
- Be responsible for increasing sales and reducing operational costs.
- Support marketing initiatives in the assigned restaurants.
- Develop the team and foster the Alliance culture.
- Ensure the required level of service, sanitation, and hygiene.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a group/chain of restaurants.
- Skills in process management, team building, and management.
- Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to identify opportunities.
- Experience working with large volumes of information, attention to detail.
- Education: Higher education (Management, Economics).
- Strong communication skills, results-oriented, and focused on development.
