Operations Director (COO)

Seeking an Operations Director (COO) who is ready to take over business management.

Right now, my agency is filling a key position for ProCorner — one of the major JETINNO coffee machine dealers in Russia.

The company supplies equipment to partners across the country. To move forward, the owners need a systematic manager who will fully take over the operational circuit and ensure uninterrupted profit generation.

What the role entails: 🔹This is a position of a real business partner for the founders. No bureaucracy for the sake of the process — only result-driven management: — Manage P&L, control budget, payroll fund, and profitability. — Drive B2B sales and manage the entire supply chain (from logistics and warehousing to pricing). — Restructure and digitize business processes to accommodate the company's growing volumes.

Who we are looking for: — A manager with at least 5 years of experience as a COO (in small or medium-sized businesses). — A leader with strong expertise in B2B sales and logistics. — A manager who thinks in financial metrics and builds a team in an "Adult-Adult" paradigm.
