Requirements — experience in managing a business with a turnover of 4 billion rubles or more; — successful experience in developing and scaling a business in B2B; — understanding of business economics and production processes; — experience in managing financial and operational indicators; — experience in managing a strong commercial team; — strategic and systemic thinking; — high independence in making management decisions; — result orientation.
