Main Task: Increase profits by improving operational efficiency and launching new products. Responsibilities: · Operational and strategic management of the company. Ensuring the achievement of key financial indicators: revenue, profit, EBITDA; · Resource management (cost reduction, optimization of raw material usage, labor efficiency improvement, etc.). Implementation of production indicators that directly affect business growth. · Management of automation and digitalization of all processes, implementation of technological innovations. · Team management (7 top managers directly reporting). · Management of the company's commercial activities. Brand development and market recognition improvement; · Organization of development and market launch of new products; · Building an effective reporting system and plan-fact analysis. Preparation of reports for the Board of Directors;

Requirements: · Mandatory experience in managing food production as a General Director in a large business (from 15 billion rubles); · Successful business growth cases, launching new products to the market, thereby increasing turnover and profitability. · Strong management competencies, ability to effectively manage professionals; · Ability to work in an environment with a high rate of change.

Conditions: · Reporting to the business owner · Income from 25 million rubles per year. Salary 1,200,000 rubles per month + KPI + annual bonuses upon plan fulfillment).
