Management Scale:
- Building Materials Division (10 production sites).
Main Goal:
- Ensure 100% capacity utilization with regard to planned costs and increase sales volume while maintaining target margins.
Key Tasks:
- Sales Management: Effective work with all sales channels (B2B, distribution, retail chains, direct export).
- Economics: Deep cost control at each stage. Flexible pricing policy management depending on market conditions to achieve maximum net profit.
- Production Leverage: Ensure full and uninterrupted utilization of 10 factories. Optimization of planning cycles to eliminate downtime and overstocking.
- Operational Efficiency: Implementation of cost control systems, lean manufacturing, and automation of reporting across the entire network of production and sales sites.
Candidate Expectations:
- Scale Management Experience: You have already managed a cluster of factories or a large holding company with a distributed structure of 2,000+ people.
- Hard Skills in Finance and Production: Unit economics, P&L, understanding of technological processes, and knowledge of how to reduce variable costs without compromising quality.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the business as a whole – from raw material procurement to the final customer transaction.
- Leadership: Ability to build strong teams on the ground and demand results through KPIs and transparent reporting.
- Flexibility: You do not think in templates; what worked in Company A is not necessarily what will work in Company B. You can quickly adjust strategy to market conditions.
