StalKrepez is a dynamically developing company that has been producing and supplying fasteners for construction and installation tasks since 2008. It specializes in perforated fasteners and hardware for wooden structures, frame assemblies, roofing, and finishing work.

Responsibilities:
- Full management of the company's operational activities: from strategic planning to daily task execution control
- Audit of current business processes, identification of growth areas, and implementation of improvements
- Implementation and development of a CRM system to increase transparency and work efficiency
- Standardization of processes, formation and maintenance of corporate standards
- Control over the execution of key tasks and projects, ensuring the achievement of company goals
- Interaction with the owner, regular reporting on key performance indicators
- Team management, employee development and motivation
Candidate Profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in leadership positions in B2B trade and manufacturing companies
- Practical skills in implementing and optimizing business processes, experience with CRM
- Systems thinking, ability to see the big picture and manage change
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, results-orientation
- Leadership qualities, ability to inspire and lead a team
- Willingness to work on-site at the employer's location (office, full-time 5/2)
