Manufacturing company RDV Technology is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
Strategic management and development of the company:
- Participation in strategic planning of the company's activities;
- Implementation of the company's strategic plans;
- Participation in the management of the company's financial indicators;
- Development and implementation of tools for positive revenue/margin growth;
- Development and management of the company's technical policy;
- Risk management (financial, reputational, operational);
Operational management:
- Operational management of assigned departments: production department, planning and dispatch department, supply chain management department, procurement department, warehouse logistics department, transport logistics department, service center, development department;
- Optimization and structuring of business processes;
- Development, implementation and control of the development plans of the company's assigned departments;
- Ensuring uninterrupted interaction of all assigned company departments in conditions of rapid growth;
- Formation of the budget for assigned departments, fulfillment of planned operational indicators for income and expenses;
- Development and improvement of the motivation (remuneration) system for department employees, control of key performance indicators;
- Curation (development if necessary) and implementation of technological and administrative solutions that improve the performance of departments and the company as a whole;
- Formation of the team's corporate culture;
- Regular reporting to company management on assigned tasks;
Production management:
- Control of production plan execution, as well as increasing production volume and profitability;
- Control of planning optimal production load;
- Control of placement and execution of orders at contract sites for surface mounting and large-unit assembly;
- Development, description and implementation of measures to optimize production processes, increase labor productivity and reduce costs;
Development of R&D, technical and service support:
- Organization and control of scientific and technical research, development of new products within deadlines and with required characteristics;
- Optimization of costs for new product development;
- Organization and control of sales technical support;
- Interaction with product managers for new product development;
- Technical support for the commercial department;
- Development, implementation and control of the company's service policy;
Certification department control:
- Control of timely product certification;
- Control of interaction with certifying bodies;
Procurement management:
- Ensuring timely and effective procurement of necessary goods and components;
- Ensuring procurement at optimal prices;
- Organization of return of defective goods;
Warehouse complex and logistics management:
- Control of uninterrupted delivery of finished products, minimization of logistics costs;
- Optimization of logistics costs for projects and warehouse stocks;
- Management of warehouse complex efficiency;
Project implementation management:
- Control of timely implementation of projects (concluded contracts) with planned profitability;
- Control of accounts receivable;
- Risk management in project implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing multifunctional teams (100+ people) for at least 5 years;
- Knowledge of the IT market (experience in hardware/software development is desirable);
- Financial literacy (P&L, ROI, budgeting);
- Negotiation and public speaking skills.
