Responsibilities:
- Annual planning for the implementation of the owners' strategy and target indicators of divisions;
- Control over the execution of the owners' strategy;
- Organization of work and control of functions in the areas of: procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, HR, IT, and administrative block;
- Building effective communication between divisions;
- Optimization and automation of business processes, cost reduction by increasing company efficiency;
- Regular reports to the owners.
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in leadership positions;
- Successful experience in business development and scaling;
- Proven experience in companies with large cargo flows, distribution, logistics, and production;
- Excellent analytical and planning skills;
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans;
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to make key decisions and be responsible for them.
