Commercial Director of an Agribusiness Holding (Vegetable Growing, Crop Production)
Location: Moscow
Role Objective
To ensure revenue and margin growth of the holding through management of commercial strategy, sales, procurement, logistics, pricing, customer base, and contract model.
Key Tasks
- Development and implementation of the holding's commercial strategy;
- Management of sales across all distribution channels (export, direct contracts with producers, wholesale, retail chains);
- Development of new clients, channels, and markets, including export;
- Management of procurement activities and tender procedures;
- Optimization of logistics and reduction of transport and warehousing costs;
- Management of accounts receivable;
- Analysis of the market for grain, oilseeds, vegetable, and other products in the portfolio;
- Control of contractual work, pricing, and commercial efficiency;
- Leadership of the entire commercial structure (procurement, marketing, sales).
Ideal Candidate:
A systemic, holding-level commercial leader capable of simultaneously managing the market, procurement, supply chain, and improving process transparency.
Comprehensive Experience in:
- Sales of grain, oilseeds, vegetables, and processed products;
- Export / Foreign Economic Activity (FEA);
- Working with federal retail chains;
- Procurement of seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products (PPP), spare parts, and fuel/lubricants (F&L);
- Managing logistics for large volumes;
- Building unified commercial standards and regulations.
Conversational English language skills required.
