DIVISION DIRECTOR FOOD PRODUCTS

One of Russia's largest vertically integrated agroholdings is considering candidates for the strategic position of Director of the "Food Products" Division.

We need a strategic and operational leader responsible within the holding structure for the development and profitability of the dairy raw material processing, production, sales, and delivery of finished products to customers.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in the food industry (preferably dairy, FMCG), including at least 3 years in the position of Head of a strategic business unit in a company with an annual sales volume of 10 billion rubles or more.
• Experience managing the full production and commercial cycle: from raw material procurement and production to sales and logistics.
• Experience in managing multi-channel sales (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, distribution, key accounts). Experience managing sales in the B2C channel is extremely important.
• Proven results in improving the operational efficiency and profitability of the business unit.

Location: Volga Federal District.
