Responsibilities: — Operational and strategic management of the company, ensuring sustainable business growth and increased efficiency — Management of complex industrial production: process optimization, productivity improvement, cost control and product quality — Development of the commercial direction, including complex project-based B2B sales, working with key customers and partners — Business economics management: P&L, budgeting, profitability, operational efficiency — Development of interaction with Chinese suppliers, management of procurement, logistics and international supply chains

Requirements: — Mandatory experience as General / Executive Director in a similar industrial company, preferably in the ventilation equipment, HVAC, or engineering systems segment — Proven experience in managing complex production and project-based B2B sales with a long deal cycle — Experience in managing a business of comparable scale, responsibility for financial results — Practical experience interacting with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers
