Manufacturing company invites a General Director to take over business management and its further development
The company produces auto components, interior parts, sound and vibration insulation materials, metal products, and metal structures. Among the clients are the largest automotive plants in Russia.
Key responsibilities of the manager:
- Take full operational control of the company
- Increase the utilization of production capacities
- Develop sales and find new major clients
- Enter new industries and reduce dependence on the automotive sector
- Launch new products and production lines
- Improve production efficiency, speed of order calculation and launch
- Ensure control over cost of goods sold, margins, and P&L
- Build an independent management team and a system of accountability
We need a leader who:
- Has worked as a General, Executive, or Operations Director in a manufacturing company
- Managed production and was responsible for P&L
- Can simultaneously develop the commercial function and improve production efficiency
- Has proven results in revenue growth, profit, capacity utilization, or launching new directions
- Is capable of building a system in a company with a historically established manual management style
- Makes decisions independently and is responsible for the results
- Experience in metalworking, mechanical engineering, auto components, or related industrial production will be an advantage
The company is looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of finding new opportunities and delivering results through change, not an administrator who will maintain the existing system.

- Work in Nizhny Novgorod
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
