A stable full-cycle mechanical engineering enterprise from raw materials to finished product is looking for an Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of the full production cycle: from planning machine park loading to shipping finished products
- Optimization of technological processes at all stages of production: preparation, machining, welding, painting, assembly
- Effective management of production capacities: planning equipment loading, minimizing downtime, increasing utilization rate
- Implementation of measures to reduce costs while maintaining the specified quality level of mechanical engineering products
- Coordination of key functional blocks: production, technological service, quality control department, supply, financial and administrative blocks
- Management of a staff of over 400 people through a line of command system (workshop heads, chief engineer, chief technologist)
- Ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs): product output volume, cost price, profitability, adherence to shipping deadlines
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (priority areas: mechanical engineering, metalworking, mechanics, mechanical engineering technology). Additional training in economics or enterprise management is welcome
- Experience in managing a large production enterprise in the mechanical engineering sector
- Knowledge and practical application of the full cycle of production planning and management
- Experience in managing a production staff of 400+ people, including engineering and technical as well as blue-collar categories
- Understanding of the economic aspects of production activities: cost price, profitability, production costs
- High demands on execution discipline, systematic approach to management, responsibility for the end result
Conditions:
- Relocation support is provided for specialists willing to relocate

- Work schedule: 5/2, production operates continuously
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first working day
- Probationary period is 3 months
- Salary: total income from 1,000,000 rubles (final terms will be determined based on interview results)
