Responsibilities:
- Managing ERP migration and implementation;
- Ongoing support and development of the ERP 2.5 system;
- Monitoring development and workload (Resource Management)
- Automation of food production;
- Managing a team of 5+ people: monitoring development speed and task completion rate.
- Team building: hiring, onboarding, and retaining key developers and analysts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of production processes;

- High level of professional literacy, readiness to optimize and actively develop processes;
