Director of Information Technology at Rocket Telecom Internet Provider
Rocket Telecom Internet Provider is seeking a Director of Information Technology
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. Analysis of current and prospective technological trends, assessing their applicability and impact on the business;
- Leadership of the IT department. Fostering a corporate culture within the department;
- Ensuring the stable and uninterrupted operation of all IT infrastructure: servers, networks, data storage systems, software, cloud platforms;
- Monitoring the execution of all IT projects: from initiation and planning to implementation and commissioning. Managing timelines, budgets, and resources;
- Planning, initiation, and control of IT projects in the regions: modernization, implementation, integration.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in the IT sector (telecom), including 3+ years in a leadership position (IT Director, Head of IT Department);
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people;
- Higher education (Master's or Specialist degree) in information technology or telecommunications;
- Knowledge of regulatory and methodological materials for project management and IT management systems, modern computing, communication, and telecommunication tools, research methods, rules and conditions for implementing IT projects, current standards, technical specifications, regulations, and instructions for drafting and formatting technical documentation;
- Successful experience in implementing large IT projects (ERP, CRM, BI, cloud migration, etc.);
- Skills in managing IT projects at all stages of the lifecycle, conducting project audits, and working with risks.

- Total compensation: base salary + performance-based bonus (salary is discussed individually with the final candidate);
