The frozen pizza manufacturing company Zotman Pizza is looking for an IT Director.
Zotman Pizza is a proprietary production facility that manufactures pizza for its own chain of pizzerias and for chain stores. Partners include restaurants in Moscow and regions of Russia, as well as major chain stores.
They are seeking an IT Director who will become a strategic business partner and take responsibility for the development of the company's entire IT function. The ideal candidate can not only maintain a stable infrastructure but also see IT as a growth tool: build processes, manage a team, implement modern solutions, and speak the same language as the business.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of the company's IT strategy in accordance with business goals
- Management of the enterprise's IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, data storage systems)
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all information systems (ERP, WMS, MES, BI, etc.)
- Management of the IT team and contractors
- Implementation and development of corporate systems: ERP, WMS (warehouse logistics), MES (production processes), BI systems and analytics
- Automation of business processes: production, warehouse, logistics, sales, finance
- Optimization of IT costs and improvement of the efficiency of investments in technology
- Ensuring information security, backup, and fault tolerance
- Interaction with business units and top management
- Implementation of digital tools to increase production efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Director / Head of IT
- Mandatory experience in implementing ERP systems (1C ERP / SAP / Oracle / others) — full cycle: audit, design, implementation, support
- Work experience in manufacturing companies (preferably FMCG / food products)
- Practical experience in automation: production, warehouse logistics, cost accounting, and food cost
- Experience implementing WMS / MES systems will be an advantage
- Understanding of IT systems architecture and integrations
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Project management skills (Agile / Waterfall)
- Ability to work with budgets and calculate the ROI of IT projects
- Experience with 1C (ERP, Accounting, HRB) is desirable
- Knowledge of information security principles
- Implementation of BI analytics and management reporting (will be an advantage)
- Experience with mobile data terminals (MDM), barcoding, product traceability
- Knowledge of industry standards for food production (will be an advantage)
