Kvant Technological Company is opening a vacancy for an IT Director.

KVANT Company is a leading technology company. They specialize in the supply and support of oil and gas equipment: from technical documentation development to reverse engineering and complete component refurbishment.

Key Task:

• Ensuring technological leadership: digital transformation (ERP, AI) and strategic IT infrastructure management through coordination of multi-vendor teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the company's IT function: organizing work and team formation, setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution.
• Developing and supporting IT infrastructure: ensuring stable operation of IT systems, workstations, etc.; managing and developing network and server infrastructure (self-hosted services on Kubernetes, terminal servers, multi-domain environment); ensuring stable remote access to corporate and external resources; managing user access and permissions; ensuring backup and basic information security.
• Managing the IT infrastructure of the group of companies: 5+ internet domains, several email providers (Gmail, Yandex), IP telephony.
• Managing key IT projects of the company: implementation and development of the ERP system; evaluating opportunities and implementing AI solutions for sales and operational process automation, managing stakeholder expectations; developing and administering Bitrix24.
• Interacting with external contractors: selecting and concluding agreements with new contractors; setting tasks; coordinating the work of 5+ contractor teams (development, DevOps, 1C, Bitrix24 automation); establishing SLAs, monitoring deadlines and quality; establishing acceptance processes.
• Managing the IT budget: cost planning; expense control; optimizing solution costs.
• Participating in the digitalization of business processes: identifying business needs; proposing solutions; implementing and supporting changes; managing the task backlog.
• Ensuring information security: minimizing IT risks and ensuring operational continuity.
• Forming the company's IT strategy, development roadmap, and presenting it to management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Higher specialized education.
• At least 7 years of experience as an IT Manager / IT Lead / Senior Specialist with management responsibilities.
• Broad technical background (infrastructure, networks, systems, integrations, development).
• Understanding of network infrastructure, VPN, server solutions at the level of making architectural decisions.
• Experience implementing ERP or participating in similar projects.
• Understanding of business process automation principles.
• Practical experience or deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI solutions for business.
• Experience in forming and defending IT budgets.
• Experience in building IT processes in a medium-sized business (50-200 people) where the IT Director combines strategy with operational work.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously with different contractors.
• Experience working in the absence of a formalized IT strategy.
• Experience in hiring and onboarding IT specialists, forming technical requirements for candidates.
• Experience working with Bitrix24.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya metro station.
• Work Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
