Logistics company Way Group is seeking an IT Director.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a technological vision and architectural strategy aligned with business goals, with a focus on cost optimization (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation of systems. Building fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure infrastructure using the most effective and economically justified solutions (99.9% fault tolerance).
- Initiating, managing, and controlling the implementation of IT projects (ERP, CRM, analytics) with an emphasis on rapid payback and maximum business value.
- Ensuring a high level of cybersecurity and data protection (152-FZ), minimizing risks with limited resources.
- Managing the IT department, building effective interaction with external service providers, selecting optimal SaaS/IaaS solutions.
- Developing and controlling the IT budget, seeking innovative and cost-effective solutions to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Successful experience as an IT Director, CTO, CIO, or Head of IT Department for at least 3 years.
- Ability to balance price and quality, prioritizing business needs.
- Deep understanding of modern IT architectures, infrastructure technologies (cloud solutions, virtualization), experience with Open Source solutions as an alternative to expensive proprietary products.
- Systemic thinking, strong leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team for results without relying on large budgets.
- Education: higher technical education.
