A company managing the full production cycle and selling products through federal networks, marketplaces, and a dealer network is looking for an IT Director.
This is a key management position responsible for the strategy, architecture, and operational state of the entire IT landscape.
Tasks:
- Conduct a deep audit of the current IT architecture and prepare an optimization roadmap.
- Develop a 3–5 year IT strategy for the company and defend it before shareholders.
- Audit IT costs and implement measures to optimize them.
- Establish a transparent system for controlling internal and external IT requests.
- Implement production automation solutions, including downtime tracking and data collection.
Main Technical Landscape:
- MS Dynamics 365 (ERP).
- 1C Ecosystem (Accounting, Tax Accounting, Payroll).
- Data Warehouses (OLAP, SQL) and BI tools (Power BI).
- Electronic Document Management Systems (Kontur or similar).
- Server and network industrial equipment.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (IT, automation, mathematics).
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Director or head of an IT department.
- Experience managing an IT team and leadership qualities.
- Skills in IT budgeting and cost management.
- Experience in manufacturing companies or companies with a developed distribution network will be an advantage.
Conditions:
- Office-based work format, five-day working week (Mon–Fri).
- Work location: Moscow region, Voskresensk city district.
