IT Director
We are looking for an IT Director who will become a strategic partner for the business and a leader in the company's digital transformation.
A company with a 20-year history and ambitions for scaling is seeking a strong leader capable of turning IT into a driver of growth and efficiency.
Your future tasks:
IT Service Management
- Organizing technical support and monitoring user service quality
- Managing incidents and changes, regulations and monitoring completion deadlines
- Monitoring SLA/IT service quality, clear reporting for management
- Ensuring stable operation of IT infrastructure and key systems
Development and Projects
- Auditing the current state of IT (systems, processes, risks) and developing an improvement plan
- Forming an IT plan/roadmap for 6–12 months in collaboration with the business
- Managing the portfolio of tasks and projects: priorities, resources, deadlines, acceptance of results
- Evaluating and implementing solutions that genuinely increase efficiency and reduce time/money loss
1C and Application Systems
- Managing the support and development of 1C (UT, ZUP, Buch), Bitrix24 (CRM), integrations, and data
- Monitoring the quality of enhancements and changes: stability, correctness, absence of workarounds
- Understanding development and change delivery processes (SDLC/DevOps/CI/CD) at a management level
Information Security and Resilience
- Organizing basic information security measures: access, roles, risk control
- Backup and recovery, disaster recovery plan
Team and Contractors
- Managing the IT department (2 DevOps, 2 1C developers, Full-stack web developer, 1 1C analyst, 1 lead 1C analyst) with the potential for staff and functional expansion
- Managing contractors: requirements, deadlines, quality, results control
What is important to us:
- Experience as an IT Director / CIO or head of an IT department for at least 5 years
- Experience in IT service management: support, SLA, incidents, changes
- Solid experience with 1C (UT, ZUP, Buch), Bitrix24 (CRM), SQL, understanding of integrations
- Experience in project and contractor management, ability to deliver tasks to completion and acceptance
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with the business on deadlines/priorities/risks
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce
- ITIL/COBIT/Project Management (certificates or proven practice)
- Information security practice (CISA/CISM/CISSP — a plus)
