A Director of Digital Transformation is required for the multidisciplinary holding company of federal level, Kavaya Group.
Kavaya Group is a federal-level association holding leading positions in important economic sectors. The company's main priority is the production of natural dairy products from environmentally friendly raw materials. Along with the production of first-class food products, the group has brilliantly mastered business consulting, IT technologies and communications, medical services, and many others. The association includes major brands such as “Food Milk” and “Vascha Ferma” (Your Farm), which owns several livestock farms and its own modern dairy production facilities located in the Moscow and Vladimir regions.
Role Objective:
Building and developing the company's digital infrastructure, automating business processes, reducing losses, and increasing operational efficiency through IT tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and optimization of the company's IT architecture
- Integration and development of 1C ERP, Bitrix24, and other systems
- Automation of sales, warehouse, logistics, production, and finance processes
- Reduction of manual labor and human error
- Building BI analytics and dashboards for the owner and executives
- Control of IT security, backup, and infrastructure stability
- Participation in the implementation of WMS / MES / AI tools
- Management of the IT team and contractors
- Search and implementation of solutions that provide measurable economic benefits
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Director / CIO / CTO
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail is mandatory
- Understanding of warehouse, production, logistics, and sales business processes
- Practical experience in implementing ERP/WMS/BI systems
- Strong project and contractor management skills
- Systematic thinking and result-orientation
- Ability to calculate ROI and economic impact of IT projects
- Experience implementing AI/ML tools (as an advantage)
- Experience in digitalizing production sites (as an advantage)
- Experience building real-time analytics (as an advantage)
