Pet food producer Biotech invites Head of Digital Transformation and AI to the team, who will be able to build a modern digital ecosystem for the company and make artificial intelligence a part of the daily business operations.

Not a classic IT director is needed. A person is needed who understands modern technologies, can independently solve technical problems and implement AI tools that yield real results.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of AI in all company departments;
• Creation of corporate AI assistants and AI agents;
• Automation of business processes;
• Development of ERP, CRM and BI systems;
• Building a unified digital space for the company;
• Management of IT infrastructure and information security;
• Management of internal and external development.

Requirements:

• Experience as CTO, CIO, Chief AI Officer, Head of Digital Transformation, or IT Director;
• Actively uses AI in work;
• Capable of independently setting up infrastructure and understanding technical details;
• Knows modern automation tools;
• Able to make quick decisions and bring projects to completion.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience implementing AI agents;
• Knowledge of Python, SQL;
• Experience implementing 1C ERP, Power BI and analytical systems;
• Experience in business digital transformation.
