A ASTERUS development company is looking for a Director of Digital Products.
ASTERUS has been operating in the capital's residential and commercial real estate market since 2018. The ASTERUS team brings together professionals in architecture, construction and building operation, logistics, BIM technologies, and investment management. The company's business strategy is based on an innovative approach, ESG principles, and human-centricity.
Functional responsibilities:
- Adoption and launch of the digital strategy implementation: roadmap, budgets, teams, KPIs
- Formation of the ChangeIT unit: hiring IT business partners, system analysts, product owners; defining the insource/outsource model
- Leading key first-wave implementations: ERP, CRM, as a business outcome owner, not a project manager
- Implementation and scaling of a culture of artificial intelligence use, including internal and external AI assistants
- Building a product approach: transitioning from "system implementation" to digital product management with measurable ROI
- Synchronization with the overall business transformation map: digital initiatives are integrated into the overall transformation roadmap
- Management of the digitalization budget: formation, defense before the board, kill decisions on underperforming projects
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years in IT / digital transformation, including 3+ in CTO / CPO / CDTO / digitalization director positions
- Practical, confirmed experience in implementing a digital transformation strategy;
- Extensive market insight and cross-industry expertise, enabling the formation of flexible digital development strategies and tactics, taking into account best practices in digital transformation
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 approaches, implementation of IoT, AI, Computer Vision, Digital Twin technologies
- Experience in building an IT development function (ChangeIT) from scratch or radically restructuring an existing one
- Experience in managing a digital product portfolio and IT budget from 200 million rubles/year
- Ability to "sell" transformation to top management and shareholders, build coalitions
- Experience in transformation in asset-heavy businesses (development, industry, logistics, retail)
- Understanding of the product approach, Agile, DevOps — at a management level, not at the sprint level

- Experience in building an internal digital innovation / R&D ecosystem
- Experience in corporate culture transformation during the implementation of the digitalization strategy
Conditions:
- Fixed salary and annual bonus

- Work schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00, hybrid — 2-3 days remote
