Digital Transformation Director for VR Group of Companies
VR Group of Companies is looking for a Digital Transformation Director.

Responsibilities:
Strategy and Management:
- Development and implementation of VR Group's digital transformation strategy. Formation of a digitalization "roadmap" for all business units (logistics, trading, UAVs, tourism)
- Management of the digital transformation budget, justification of the ROI of digital projects to the company owner
- Ensuring effective operation, deployment into industrial use, and operational support of existing projects
- Building a digital culture: employee training, development of digital competencies, managing resistance to change
Process Automation, AI, Customer Technologies:
- Development of ERP and CRM systems (Bitrix24)
- Automation of key operational processes
- Creation and development of corporate bots and services
- Development of customer portals and bots
- Implementation and scaling of AI multi-agents
Data and Analytics:
- Creation of a centralized data storage (Data Lake / Data Warehouse) for all areas of the holding company
- Implementation of BI systems for KPI dashboards
- Development of a predictive analytics system for risk management
Infrastructure and Security:
- Ensuring information security during the transition to new digital solutions
- Selection and management of software and cloud service providers
- Integration of existing systems with each other and with external platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Director (CDO) or head of major digital projects
- Experience in relevant positions within fast-growing, efficient, diversified companies
- Experience reporting directly to the company owner
- Deep expert knowledge in artificial intelligence (practical application)
- Portfolio of implemented projects in automation and AI (readiness to demonstrate)
- Experience implementing CRM, ERP
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and digital project budgets
- Systemic and structural thinking, change management skills, results orientation, readiness to take responsibility
