ASTERUS, a development company, is seeking an IT Business Partner (Back Office Department).
ASTERUS has been operating in the Moscow residential and commercial real estate market since 2018. Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the digital transformation of the company's key support functions, acting as the main link between finance, HR, legal, and the IT department. Your goal is to transform the back office into a technological, transparent, and efficient environment.
- Strategy and Planning. Implement the back office digitalization strategy, synchronizing it with the company's business goals. Manage the portfolio of digital initiatives for the finance, legal, and HR departments, ensuring transparent prioritization, deadline control, and management of inter-project dependencies.
- Business Interaction. Increase the efficiency of back office processes and ensure the delivery of measurable business value through IT solutions. Act as a single point of entry for all digital requests from the finance, HR, and legal departments. Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
- Delivery and Implementation. Formulate IT tasks based on agreed requirements, participate in sprint and release planning. Coordinate the work of analysis, development, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams, monitoring implementation quality. Evaluate market solutions and vendor proposals for compliance with requirements, deadlines, and budget, as well as organize demonstrations of potential solutions for key stakeholders.
- Value and Change Management. Monitor the compliance of solutions with business requirements, evaluate ROI, budget, and business effects, and track the KPIs of digital products. Manage the implementation of IT solutions in back office units, organize user training and adaptation, and advise colleagues on IT capabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Seeking a professional capable of combining deep industry expertise with an understanding of back office process specifics and strong leadership qualities.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, with a significant portion in a project program management role or as a qualified business-side client. Proven experience in implementing digitalization projects in asset-heavy industries: development, manufacturing, logistics, retail.
- Scale and Budgeting: Solid experience in managing a digital product portfolio and an IT budget of 50 million rubles or more per year.
- Technological Awareness: Deep industry expertise and knowledge of Industry 4.0 approaches. Practical experience in implementing IoT, AI, Computer Vision, and Digital Twin technologies. This allows you to independently form qualified requirements, not just translate wishes.
- Product Thinking: Understanding of the product approach, Agile, and DevOps at a management level (it is important to see the big picture, not just the sprint level).
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to "sell" digital initiatives to top management and shareholders, build coalitions, and lead the team through transformation.
