Your responsibilities will include:
- defining a development plan that ensures category growth over a 1–2 year horizon;
- updating the category strategy by market segments and ensuring its operationalization;
- updating and defending the category's assortment strategy;
- developing projects from scratch, defending them, and bringing them from idea to launch;
- being end-to-end responsible for the operationalization of defended projects and assortment strategies;
- being responsible for meeting the category budget by key performance indicators. If the plan is not met — developing a recovery plan and leading its implementation.
We expect you to have:
- at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or working with products in technology companies;
- launched business initiatives from scratch;
- led complex projects and managed multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously;
- be able to provide examples of commercially successful projects;
- formulated and implemented a product or business development strategy;
- built financial models and business cases;
- be able to analyze data and confidently use analytical tools;
- be able to negotiate and achieve goals at the stakeholder level;
- regularly use AI tools in your work.
