Head of Web Studio Divly

Divly is a web studio specializing in end-to-end creation of websites, online stores, online calculators, landing pages, and Telegram bots.

We are looking for a manager who will develop the studio: build processes, manage the team and clients, influence results, and scale the business.

Form and implement the studio's development strategy
Manage the team: participate in hiring specialists, set tasks, monitor execution, help the team grow
Attract and coordinate contractors, control quality and deadlines
Work with clients: manage projects, participate in negotiations, resolve financial and organizational issues
Set up and optimize the studio's internal processes
Control finances: calculate project economics, distribute bonuses, monitor payments
Solve complex project and management cases together with the team
Use AI tools when creating websites and digital products, build AI generation and automation processes in the studio

Relevant experience managing a web studio / digital team
Experience in building and optimizing work processes
Strategic planning and business analysis skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients and the team
Responsibility, initiative, and readiness to take ownership of results
Financial mindset: understanding project margins and the connection between team efficiency and profit
Mandatory practical experience using AI tools for generating websites and interfaces (AI builders, design/content generation, speeding up development)

Official employment under the Russian Labor Code, if necessary - GPC (Civil-Law Contract)
