Netology is looking for a Business Unit Lead.
Netology's educational platform team trains for modern, in-demand professions across 12 fields.
Responsibilities:
- Manage unit economics (P&L, budget, cost of goods sold);
- Formulate department strategy (short-term and long-term);
- Develop the direction through PR, brand, and marketing, make decisions on growth and presence;
- Work with the product – solve product tasks, influence the roadmap based on needs;
- Build cross-functional interaction within the team and with external partners;
- Conduct negotiations with partners (meetings at all levels);
- Represent the direction at conferences and exhibitions - participate, speak, strengthen market positions;
- Manage the team (hiring, onboarding, development, retention).
Requirements:
- P&L management experience (ability to calculate unit economics, form a budget, and be responsible for results);
- Product-oriented approach;
- Strategic planning skills;
- Cross-functional maturity - ability to effectively work with various departments (finance, legal, marketing, IT);
- High-level negotiation experience;
- Team management experience.
