Chief Executive Officer at a Technology Company
Company: EdTech / HRTech. A technology company with 10 years of specialization in developing and scaling products in online education, HR solutions, mobile applications, complex web services, and analytics.
Strategic Goal: Business scaling – revenue growth from 600 million RUB to 5 billion RUB within 3 years, maintaining an EBITDA margin of no less than 20%.
Requirements (Target Background):
- BU Head / Director of a large department from leading IT integrators (managing P&L from 1 billion RUB)
- Senior KAM / Client Partner who closed deals worth 300–500+ million RUB and was responsible for the profitability of the client portfolio
- Managing Director / Partner (MD) of a technology practice from Big4 or leading local consultancies. (Strictly from vendor-side/services, no purely in-house experience)
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise & B2G Sales (Primary Focus): Personally closing large deals (from 300 million RUB) in the corporate and public sectors. Monetizing personal network, public market presence.
- Working with Shareholders (BizDev): Assigning tasks to the Board of Directors to leverage their connections for pre-sales and top-level lead generation.
- Profitability Management (P&L): Controlling contract economics. Maintaining EBITDA of at least 20% by managing rates, utilization (bench), and cash flow.
Scaling Production, Partnerships, and M&A:
- Expanding production capacity for significant sales growth.
- Developing a partner network (subcontracting) for rapid resource needs fulfillment.
- Implementing M&A strategy: active participation in attracting additional funding for deals (starting from 2027), searching, evaluating, and integrating small, specialized IT teams for inorganic growth.
Hard Skills and Expertise:
- Proven track record of personal IT sales with checks from 300 million RUB (Enterprise, Public Sector).
- Experience managing an IT service business or unit with revenue from 1 billion RUB.
- Impeccable knowledge of financial mathematics for outsourcing/integration (T&M, Fixed Price, Utilization rate, Cost of Delivery).
- Experience participating in B2B/B2G tenders and understanding the mechanics of complex procurement.
- Experience in fundraising and deal structuring (a strong plus).
