Requirements:

• P&L from 1 billion rubles and personal deals from 300 million rubles.
• Areas: Enterprise/B2G sales, network monetization, working with shareholders, P&L, utilization management, production scaling, partnerships, M&A from 2027.
• Knowledge of T&M, Fixed Price, Utilization rate, Cost of Delivery, B2B/B2G tenders.
• Leader: Market Face, toughness, ROI-thinking, ambition.

Package: fixed salary + growth bonus + option.
