VACANCY: CEO / GENERAL DIRECTOR

About the company: EdTech / HRTech. A technology company with 10 years of experience in developing and scaling products in the fields of online education, HR solutions, mobile applications, complex web services, and analytics. The name will be disclosed during negotiations.

Strategic Goal: Business scaling — revenue growth from 600 million rubles to 5 billion rubles within 3 years, maintaining an EBITDA margin of at least 20%.

Who we are looking for:

• BU Head / Director of a large department from leading IT integrators (managing P&L of 1 billion rubles or more)
• Senior KAM / Client Partner who closed deals worth 300–500+ million rubles and was responsible for the profitability of the client portfolio
• Managing Director / Partner (MD) of a technology practice from Big4 or leading local consulting firms (strictly vendor-side/services, no pure in-house experience)
• Enterprise & B2G Sales, P&L management, EBITDA 20%+, T&M, Fixed Price, Utilization rate, Cost of Delivery. Experience in B2B/B2G tenders and large deals.
