ππ» We are looking for a General Director in Uzbekistan for the production branch of a large international holding in the decorative coatings and materials for the furniture industry sector.
The company is in a stage of active commercial development: it has its own CPL production in Chirchik, a showroom in Tashkent, and a team of 26 people. The main task of the new head is to develop sales, load production, and bring the business to sustainable operational profitability.
π What needs to be done:
- Develop B2B sales of CPL, HPL, and LDSP in the Uzbekistan market.
- Attract manufacturers of furniture, countertops, doors, and other processors.
- Build the commercial direction and sales team's work.
- Manage the branch with full P&L responsibility.
- Control finances, production, personnel, and key projects.
- Conduct an audit of the current business state and implement a plan to reach operational break-even.
- Ensure growth in production loading and EBITDA.

- Experience in managing a company, branch, or business unit with P&L responsibility.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and commercial development.
- Ability to build operational processes and manage a team.
- Good understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local business specifics.
- Willingness to personally participate in negotiations with key clients.
- Willingness to work in Tashkent / Chirchik on a permanent basis.
- Experience in construction materials, furniture components, decorative coatings, or related production segments will be a plus.
- Experience in anti-crisis management and bringing businesses to profitability will be a plus.
