Novikov Group** is seeking an Operations Director in Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operational activities of restaurants (2 existing projects + 1 new)
- Budgeting, planning, document flow, reporting
- Project development
- Ensuring compliance with service standards
- Guest relations for the projects
- Personnel management for restaurants — recruitment, training, rotation
- Control over the operation of all enterprise structures (production, front-of-house, procurement, back-office, technical services, etc.)
- Interaction with government agencies
- Analysis of financial results
- Reporting to founders and management company
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in premium-class restaurants in similar positions is mandatory
- Management and organizational skills
- Professional knowledge of service standards
- Willingness to relocate to another country
