The NextBio research and production company is looking for an Executive Director.
Your responsibilities:
- To exercise overall management and monitoring of the company's structural divisions;
- To implement and comply with approved regulations, standards, and instructions;
- To exercise control and automation of business processes;
- To participate in the organization and conduct of inventory of goods and materials;
- To participate in the automation and improvement of the 1C accounting system;
- To participate in the formation of the budget for subordinate structural divisions of the company,
- To control the execution of the budget and payment calendar of the company's structural divisions;
- To participate in the development and construction of the organizational structure;
- To ensure compliance with labor and production discipline, to promote the development of labor motivation, initiative, and activity of the company's personnel;
- To exercise control over the legal support of the company's activities;
- To represent the company's interests in government bodies and in interactions with partners;
- To ensure the execution of orders and directives from higher management;
- To sign and endorse documents within the scope of their authority.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Management experience of 5 years or more (experience in a production company will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of 1C, advanced Excel skills;
- Strategic and operational planning skills;
- Strong managerial and communication skills, systemic approach, initiative, and responsibility.
