Key responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the company.
- Implementation of the approved strategy, achievement of financial and commercial indicators.
- Management of all business areas: commercial block, procurement, logistics, finance, IT, marketing, HR, legal function.
- Ensuring growth in revenue, EBITDA, profitability, and business capitalization.
- Improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing modern management practices.
- Development of a federal sales and distribution network.
- Interaction with shareholders, the board of directors, major manufacturers, key clients, and government bodies.
- Formation of a top management team and development of a talent pool.
- Management of investment projects, digital transformation, and business scaling.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of successful experience as a General Director.
- Experience in managing a large federal-level trading company. Experience in pharmaceutical distribution is a priority.
- Proven experience in managing a business with a multi-billion annual turnover.
- Experience in managing a team of 200+ employees and a developed branch structure.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing a business development strategy.
- Proven results in growing profit, revenue, market share, and improving company efficiency.
- Experience in interacting with business owners, the board of directors, and external regulators.
- Impeccable business reputation.
