— Has worked as a General Director, Executive Director, or Operations Director in a manufacturing company — Managed production and was responsible for P&L — Is capable of simultaneously developing the commercial function and increasing production efficiency — Has proven results in revenue growth, profit, capacity utilization, or the launch of new directions — Is able to build a system in a company with a historically established manual management — Makes decisions independently and is responsible for the outcome — Experience in metalworking, mechanical engineering, automotive components, or related industrial production will be an advantage — We are looking for not an administrator who will maintain the existing system, but a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of finding new opportunities and bringing changes to fruition.
