We expect: • At least 5 years of experience as a General Director / CEO; • Experience in retail, public catering, or restaurant chains will be an advantage; • Successful experience in forming and developing management teams; • Deep understanding of business economics, budgeting, and financial reporting; • Experience managing distributed structures or a branch network; • Readiness to make decisions and be responsible for the results.
