The Holding Company (integrated structure) JSC SPECKHIMIA is considering candidates for the personnel reserve for the position of the sole executive body (General Director) at the enterprises of the Holdings: JSC "Technodinamika", JSC "NPC "Tekhmash", JSC "SPECKHIMIA".

Specialization of enterprises:

Research, testing organizations and manufacturing enterprises engaged in the development, production, storage, and commissioning of military and special equipment, ammunition, explosives, etc., primarily for state security agencies, as well as for export. Enterprises producing high-tech industrial products for civilian and military purposes, aircraft, including spacecraft, and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Management, in accordance with current legislation, of the production, economic, and financial-economic activities of the enterprise, responsibility for the preservation and efficient use of the enterprise's assets, as well as the financial and economic results of its activities.
• Ensuring the enterprise fulfills all obligations to federal, regional, and local budgets, state extra-budgetary funds, state defense orders, contracts under military-technical cooperation programs, investment projects for capital construction and technical re-equipment, a set of measures for industry restructuring, and import substitution programs.
• Ensuring the enterprise has qualified personnel, creating safe and healthy working conditions, and complying with labor protection, safety, industrial safety, and environmental safety legislation.
• Ensuring the implementation of decisions by higher and collegial management bodies.
• A detailed list of responsibilities is determined by the Charter of the specific enterprise.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Higher education (in a specialty related to the enterprise's field of activity / in finance / economics / management / law).
• At least 5 years of experience in the enterprise's specialization within the industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions (preferably managing a team of over 50 people).
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprises of the defense-industrial complex.
• Willingness to relocate to a region other than the place of residence.

Desirable:

• Second higher education, possession of an academic degree and title, internships abroad.
• Experience in enterprises belonging to integrated structures (State Corporation Rostec, State Corporation Rosatom, State Corporation Roscosmos, etc.);
• Inclusion in personnel reserve lists (enterprises, defense industrial complex, etc.).
• Confirmed experience of successful leadership in implementing large-scale projects and programs (industry-wide, federal, regional).
• Proposals for improving enterprise activities.

Conditions:

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
