Technical Director | Chief Engineer
📍 Chemical continuous production / Hazardous Production Facilities | Perm
Responsibilities: — Manage the technical departments of the enterprise — Ensure stable and safe operation of production — Implement modernization and technical re-equipment projects — Control the operation, repair, and efficiency of equipment — Reduce production costs and increase productivity — Monitor compliance with HSE, Industrial Safety, environmental, and Rostekhnadzor requirements — Develop the engineering team and improve staff qualifications
Requirements — Higher technical / engineering / chemical education — At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer — Experience in managing technical services of a production enterprise — Knowledge of Rostekhnadzor requirements, operation of Hazardous Production Facilities, environmental regulations
