Technical Director | CTO
📍High-tech fruit and vegetable packaging production
Key tasks: – Development of reference technological models for the site (zoning, flows, capacities) and their adaptation for specific facilities. – Selection of specifications (sorting lines, packaging, weighing and refrigeration equipment, etc.), development of terms of reference, conducting tenders and acceptance of work from suppliers. – Design of technological maps – Building a preventive maintenance system and training technical personnel on line operating standards.
What we expect from the candidate's experience – MANDATORY confirmed experience in managing a technical function in FR&V (fruit/vegetable) production with packaging sections for at least 5 years – Deep understanding of the modern market for packaging, weighing, and refrigeration equipment – Experience in developing operating regulations – Experience in launching such productions from scratch is desirable
