Technical Director of Production. Saint Petersburg
A large manufacturing company with a large-scale modern infrastructure is looking for a Technical Director (Chief Engineer). The position involves managing a production complex with full engineering support.
7 departments report directly to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of the plant's technical infrastructure.
- Process optimization
- Technical maintenance and repair
- Modernization and development
- Personnel management and staff optimization
- Safety assurance
Candidate Requirements
- Higher technical education (engineering, energy, etc.);
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar senior management position at a large industrial enterprise;
- Successful experience in optimizing production and technical processes, including cost and staff reduction;
- Experience in organizing repairs, modernization, and procurement of complex industrial equipment;
- Understanding of the specifics of engineering systems: power supply (including 10 kV substations), gas supply, boiler equipment, water treatment;
- Management skills for a large team (100+ people);
- Leadership qualities, systemic thinking, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Knowledge of regulatory framework in occupational safety, fire safety, and industrial safety.
