The Kolomenskoye bakery holding is looking for a Director of Technical Development.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic planning for the development of production capacities: analyze and select new sites, form concepts, prepare feasibility studies and business plans
- Formulate, defend, and monitor the execution of CAPEX budgets, perform plan-fact analysis, forecast costs, and manage deviations
- Organize the full construction cycle: from documentation development to carrying out construction and installation works and commissioning of facilities, and project completion
- Manage procurement: organize tenders, select contractors and suppliers, conclude contracts
- Build a procurement system: conclude direct contracts, develop and update estimated tariffs, optimize costs
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in capital construction / technical development / production capacity management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position in large industrial or construction companies
- Practical experience in implementing turnkey construction or reconstruction projects for industrial facilities
- Experience in interacting with state and regulatory bodies, utility providers, and construction control
