• Development and implementation of the technical policy for the department (the structure includes several dairy farms).
• Ensuring reliable and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and engineering systems.
• Building a Maintenance and Repair (M&R) system and reducing accident rates.
• Monitoring the technical readiness of production sites.
• Participation in investment and modernization projects.
• Management of the technical budget, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Leading the technical team and developing specialists.

✅ What is important:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in leading a technical function for at least 5 years.
• Experience in dairy farming.
• Skills in budgeting, working with ERP and Excel.
• Successful experience in building an M&R system.
