Production General Director

Responsibilities: — Full operational management of production (a separate product line); — Implementation of development strategy and ensuring KPI achievement; — Process optimization: implementation of Lean and ERP systems; — Budget management and financial efficiency control.
Requirements: — Experience in the position of General Director / Executive Director / Production Director / Deputy General Director ≥ 5 years; — Proven experience in operational management of industrial production and ERP implementation; — Skills in process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma) and anti-crisis management; — Technical literacy and understanding of mechanical engineering industry standards.
