Operations Director
📍 at a federal-level food production company
Main task: improving the efficiency of all production processes
Responsibilities:
- Management of all production units – production, procurement, logistics, quality, sales, HR, and administrative services
- Ensuring a seamless cycle: from raw material intake to finished product output.
- Product quality control, HACCP, GOST, SanPiN standards; development of Lean, Kaizen, 5S practices. Preparation of the enterprise for inspections: Rospotrebnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, as well as audits;
- Management of technological innovation integration, as well as new product development and implementation;
- Team management (1000+ employees): fostering a culture of leadership, discipline, and responsibility.
- Resource management (cost reduction, optimization of raw material usage, labor efficiency increase, etc.). Implementation of production indicators that directly impact business growth.
- Building an effective reporting system and plan-fact analysis. Preparing reports for the Board of Directors;
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in managing food production (dairy products, baby food, confectionery, meat delicacies, canned meat or fish, etc.) at a C-level position (General Director, Operations Director, Executive Director, Plant Director)
- Deep understanding of the planning, organization, and control of the production process;
- The turnover of the company you work/worked for must be at least 5 billion rubles per year;
- Strong management competencies, ability to effectively manage professionals;
- Ability to work in an environment with a high pace of change.
Conditions:
• Reporting to the business owner.
• Income from 15 million rubles per year (salary 800,000 rubles per month + KPI + annual bonuses upon plan achievement).
• Relocation to Kaliningrad (housing or apartment provided).
