NOVAROLL, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging, is seeking an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Approval of the production plan and control of its execution in terms of volume, nomenclature, and cost price
- Control of compliance with technological regulations and quality at all stages
- Implementation of lean manufacturing system (reduction of waste, defects, downtime)
- Inventory management (raw materials, finished products, inventory items) — optimization of turnover, control of expiration dates
- Raw material procurement management
- Ensuring industrial safety (equipment expertise, personnel certification, licensing)
- Organization of separate accounting of material and labor costs for contracts under Federal Law 275-FZ
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (chemical technology / industrial engineering / mechanical engineering). MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Operations / Executive / Technical Director in chemical or petrochemical production
- Experience in managing P&L with a turnover of over 1 billion rubles
- Mandatory: Experience with State Defense Orders (Federal Law 275-FZ, separate accounting, interaction with military representation).
- Experience in successful implementation of accounting automation (1C:ERP, MES systems)
- Personal qualities: systemic thinking, leadership, change management, negotiation skills
